Replacement is easy
When it's time to replace your filter (about every six months), start by unplugging your air purifier. Remove the air intake grate on the right-hand side to access the filter. Pull the tabs on either side of the used filter together to close it like a book and remove it. Insert a new filter, opening it like a book inside in the air purifier - the sides should snap into place. Replace the air intake grate and plug back in. Easy.

How many Pro filters do I need?
The number of filters you need for replacement depends on your Pro model. Due to the modular design, the Pro M requires one replacement filter, Pro L requires two, and the Pro XL requires three.
How does this filter differ from the Pro SmokeStop filter?
Pro SmokeStop filters feature highly-porous carbon pellets, extremely efficient at removing gaseous pollutants like odors, exhaust, smoke odors, and chemicals. Whereas Pro Particle filters are highly efficient in the removal of particle pollutants like pollen, dust, mold, viruses, and fine smoke particles.
Should I add the Pro Carbon+ filter?
Pro's modular design allows you to customize filter combinations to fit your needs. The optional Carbon+ filter add-on stacks on top of the standard Particle filter providing light chemical, gas and, odor removal.
