MAGNETIC ROTATION – QUIET, SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT
Silky uses an advanced magnetic rotation system that allows the whisk to spin without direct contact. This ensures gentle, silent operation, instant response, and airy milk foam every time. Magnetic technology also provides even and gentle heating, giving both hot and cold milk the perfect texture.
FIVE PROGRAMS – FOR BOTH HOT AND COLD DRINKS
Silky features five carefully designed programs that foam, stir, or heat milk – with perfect results every time, whether you prefer it hot or cold:
- Hot Foam: Creates rich foam for cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites. Heats to 65 °C.
- Latte Art: Produces fine foam that’s easy to pour and shape. Heats to 60 °C.
- Hot Stirring: Creates less foam; suited for plant-based milk alternatives. Heats to 65 °C.
- Hot Chocolate: Heats up to 75 °C and stirs gently for pre-mixed hot chocolate. (Note: Do not add solid chocolate.)
- Cold Foam: Foams without heating – ideal for iced coffee, milkshakes, and cold desserts.
VOLUME AND TEMPERATURE
Temperature is automatically adjusted based on the selected program, ranging from 60–75 °C. Silky can foam between 150 and 250 ml of milk, always delivering smooth and creamy results.
EASY TO USE AND CLEAN
Silky is designed for a seamless daily routine. The detachable jug lifts easily off the separate power base, and the auto stop feature offers safe use. All removable parts – lid, jug, and whisk – are dishwasher safe or can be rinsed in warm water with detergent. It is recommended to clean the jug immediately after use.
