you can easily contact us if you issues concerning matters like privacy, payment, cancellation and many others? Under “My Account," you can find a menu containing the point “SUPPORT TICKET”. This allows you to create a support ticket. In the subject line, you can let us know what your concern is, and in the message box, you can elaborate on the issue. You also have the option to add a file to your ticket. Under “associated to," you can select the variable causing your issue. The “Category” section is to specify under which topic your issue falls, such as payment, privacy, cancellation, etc. When your ticket is complete, click on "Submit" to forward it to your support team.
