Hoe bereid je rucola?
Rucola wordt vaak gebruikt in salades om een pittige, peperige smaak toe te voegen. Je kunt het combineren met andere groenten, fruit, kazen, noten en dressings om een evenwichtige, smakelijke salade te maken.
Je kunt er ook zelfgemaakte pesto van maken. Meng gewoon rucola bladeren, noten (zoals pijnboompitten of cashewnoten), knoflook, geraspte Parmezaanse kaas en olijfolie in een blender of keukenmachine tot een gladde massa. Gebruik deze pesto om pasta, sandwiches of gegrilde groenten te garneren.
